Feralloy Corporation announces the following appointments:

Carlos Rodriguez-Borjas has been promoted to Executive Vice President and COO. (see attached press release)

John Hirt has been promoted to Vice President and General Manager of the Midwest region.

Arturo Marroquin has been promoted to General Director at Acero Prime. (see attached press release)

Ken Davis has been promoted to Regional Sales Manager responsible for the Midwest and St.Louis Divisions sales activities.

Feralloy Corporation was purchased by Reliance Steel and Aluminum who is the largest metals distributor in North America.

PNAG 2008 First Quarter Financial Results

March 14, 2008:
Feralloy owner PNA acquired Sugar Steel Corporation, a full-line structural steel service center based in Chicago Heights, IL. Bob Sugar, the former owner, will be serving as President of Sugar Steel Corporation, which has a $100 million sales business.”

February 27, 2008:
Feralloy Corporation announces the following appointments:

John Hirt has been promoted to Vice President and General Manager of the Midwest Division.

Paul Abernethy will replace John Hirt in managing IPPC and FCP and the domestic Joint Ventures, as General Manager. He will continue to be responsible for Oregon Feralloy partners.

December 23rd, 2007:
Feralloy owner PNA acquired their 5th Metals Processing and Distribution Company in Houston, Texas. Precision Flame Cutting specializes in plasma and beveled cutting for the fabrication and tower industries in the southwest.

Feralloy has recently received approval for the installation of state of the art coil feed equipment for the Southern Division cut-to-length line and a new precision shear for the cut-to-length line at the Charleston Division. Both major investments will be built and installed in 2008.

October 1st, 2007:
Feralloy regionalizes the Charleston and Southern Division into the Southern Region. Both operations will be managed by Paul Herrmann, General Manger of the Southern Region. Mark White, previously Plant Manger of the St Louis Division, has been promoted to Operations Manger of the Charleston Division.

October 1st, 2007:
A new 60” close tolerance blanking/cut-to-length line became operational at Feralloy’s Midwest Division in Portage Indiana.

July 1st, 2007:
The Charleston Division finalized the installation of a new SCS ‘Sheet Cleaning Systems”. Ongoing production of surface critical Hot Rolled sheets is being done at Charleston on this new line - SCS website


Feralloy is pleased to announce a new Carbon Plate Department at our Western Division in Stockton, CA.
This Department will run as a separate segment of the Western Division, utilizing the assets of the Stockton facility, Feralloy’s Joint Venture with Oregon Steel, and other outside processors.

The Plate Department will be run by Lex Cornell, Sales Manager Plate Products and assisted by Barry Anderson and Marcie Gunn. Lex will report to Mark Dehl, General Manger of the Western Division.
